The Reformer is a unique and versatile piece of Pilates equipment which we use to maximize core muscle engagement through the use of springs, pulleys, straps and bars. With over 500 possible exercises, numerous muscle groups are targeted through the pulling and pushing motions of the carriage gliding on rails. The ability to increase or decrease resistance of the springs makes the machine ideal for building muscle endurance and ensuring gentle injury recovery. I offer solo and tandem training on the Reformer & Tower.
