My unique and energetic mat class finds its base in Pilates principles, but throws additional elements such as high intensity interval training (HIIT), weights and yoga poses into the mix. We first soften our bodies and create heat through breathing exercises, advance to Pilates core and stability work before challenging our aerobic endurance and finish with inversions and stretching. Set to music, this an intimate group class with up to six participants.
